John Pope was very knowledgeable about the area our property is situated. He spoke with confidence about the high standard of our home and didn't advise on any points we needed to address. He also wrote down the value he felt the house is worth and then asked us what we thought it was worth and we concurred with his value! He didn't try to give us the hard sell or make us feel pressured in to choosing his company at all. After a short discussion we both agreed that his company was the one for us. He was genuine, honest and positive which has given us the confidence that he will be successful in selling our home.

Thank you so much for helping with our move to Looe. On several occasions due to other issues further in the chain it looked like it wasn't going to happen. Special thanks to Kate for holding it together and keeping everyone informed of progress. If we ever dare to move again we will definitely come back to you!
